Alcyon "Alli" B. Smalls, MA HUS
Ms. Smalls is was awarded the 2015-2016 South Carolina State Career Specialist of the Year by the SC Department of Education Office of Career & Technology Education, as well as the 2015-2016 Career Specialist of the Year by the Midlands Education Business Alliance (MEBA).
Ms. Smalls has a Master's Degree in Counseling from Liberty University, a Bachelor's of Science in Counseling from Post University, and an Associate's Degree in Public Service from Midlands Technical College. She loves to help students prepare for their future. With over 25 years of corporate experience, Ms. Smalls has a wealth of knowledge to help students become college and career ready.
Ms. Smalls has previously served as a career and personal development specialist in Richland School District One for 10 years.
She is a life-long learner and has a passion for investing in the lives of her students. Her number one goal is to help build a better workforce by investing her knowledge and wisdom in the lives of her students.
